SALES MANAGER – Chris Obenchain

Chris is a fourth-generation firefighter with more than 30 years’ experience in both volunteer and career roles. His career started and continues at the Union Fire Company No.1 in Oxford, PA where he has served as a chief officer for more than 14 years and chairman of the apparatus committee for 20. During that time, Chris has served on numerous apparatus committees and is currently involved in long range fleet planning.

Chris has also served as an instructor for the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy since 1999. There he specializes in the Driver-Operator (Pumper, Aerial, and Mobile Water Supply) and Rural Water Supply programs. Prior to joining the Glick Fire Equipment team, Chris spent 14 years working in local government as a Fire Marshal, Building Code Official, and Emergency Management Coordinator. He also attended the photojournalism program at Western Kentucky University and the Public Safety Administration program at Neumann University. In his spare time Chris enjoys fishing, cooking, and enjoying time with friends.
