Glick Fire Equipment Company Receives “Dealer of the Year” Award

Glick Fire Equipment has been recognized by Pierce Manufacturing, a leading fire apparatus manufacturer, as “Dealer of the Year” for 2017. Glick was chosen from among all dealers in North America, and is the exclusive Pierce dealership for all of Pennsylvania.

This award is largely based on a dealership’s outstanding client service, their growth as a company, and sales of apparatus and new products. As a company, Glick has increased their size substantially, adding more than 15 new employees. They have also established a new centrally located facility in Mill Hall, Pa., and expanded their western facility in Zelienople, Pa., to include a full-service paint and body shop.

Their exemplary client and customer service was a key factor as well. Pierce received positive feedback from Glick’s end users, and applauded their company’s teamwork in a year of staffing transitions.

Glick Fire Equipment is celebrating their 30th Anniversary this year, making the award especially significant. They are a second-generation, family-owned and operated company with facilities in eastern, central, and western Pennsylvania. In addition to being an authorized sales dealership for Pierce Manufacturing, Inc., Demers Ambulances, and Braun Ambulances, their service and parts departments support all makes of emergency apparatus vehicles.
