Westfall Township Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of their new 2016 Pierce Arrow XT PUC pumper. Rescue Engine 39-2 is equipped with a Detroit Diesel DD13 500 horsepower engine and Allison 4500EVS transmission. This rescue engine also features a 1,000 gallon water tank and Pierce PUC 1,500 gallon per minute pump. This rig is equipped with the new Command Zone 3 multiplex electronic control system. Command Zone provides complete control and diagnostic information in a simple to use interface. This rescue engine has seating for eight firefighters with seven hands-free SCBA seat brackets.
