To our valued customers and vendor partners,

We strive to continue to serve you, despite the challenging impact of COVID-19.

We are adhering to guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. As a company focused on health and safety, we are taking precautions to protect the health and well-being of our GLICK FIRE family, customers and vendors.

The following actions have been put into place:

Service Centers: Our service centers will remain open as long as possible, to ensure we can assist in reducing downtime and keeping your apparatus in service. However, we have taken the step to restrict outside access to our facilities. We will continue to accept apparatus for scheduled and/or emergency appointments. Please call ahead so we can communicate directly how to best handle an apparatus drop-off or pick-up at each specific facility.

Mobile Service Units: Our mobile service technicians will be contacting customers regarding the status of their communities prior to a scheduled service. We wish to continue as much service and maintenance as possible, however the health and well-being of our employees and their families is priority. Non-essential services may be postponed if deemed to be in an area of concern.

Travel: Routine Pierce factory inspection trips are a core part of the apparatus purchasing process. We understand everyone has different restrictions due to the current situation. Accordingly, we are doing our best to accommodate inspections and travel on a case-by-case basis. Your account manager will be contacting you with available options as the need arises.

Sales & Support Staff: All divisions of our company are currently operational. Our account managers remain available via phone and email.

Parts & Equipment Orders: We will continue to accept and ship parts orders. Orders may be placed via phone or email. For any customers wishing to pick-up a parts order, please call ahead to ensure the order is ready. Upon arrival, please call the branch (phone numbers are posted on every entry door) and someone will bring the order out to you. Those paying by credit card may do so over the phone. We are encouraging customers to proactively place any part or equipment orders they may need in the near future. While shipping and vendor delays have started to impact supply chains, we are diligently working through the challenges to keep inventory in stock.

To those first responders who are keeping our communities safe, we say thank you. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and your companies. We are in this challenging situation together, and we encourage everyone to look out for one another.
