Our hearts go out to the family and friends of firefighters Elijah Lunsford, Sam Bucci and Trevor Barkley of the Zelienople Volunteer Fire Department. The bodies of the three Seneca Valley High School seniors were recovered Wednesday, 1/27, from their vehicle which had slid off the road and into an icy pond. Elijah and Sam had recently been sworn in as Firefighters from the Junior Firefighter ranks, with Trevor not too far behind. All three were like sons to many of the company's other 48 firefighters.
